A Fresh Start

Everything that we have—right thinking and right living, a clean slate and a fresh start—comes from God by way of Jesus Christ. —1 Corinthians 1:30 (The Message)

Forget about what's happened; don't keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. God is about to do something brand-new. It's bursting out! Don't you see it? (Isaiah 43:18-19). God has given us a clean slate and a fresh start. Praise the LORD! Reach forward to those things which are ahead and don't turn back.

Patient Endurance

“ So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised. ” — Hebrews 10:35-36 (NLT) Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. (Hebrews 10:23) Hebrews 10:37-38 (NLT)  says: “For in just a little while, the Coming One will come and not delay. And my righteous ones will live by faith. But I will take no pleasure in anyone who turns away.” But we are not like those who turn away from God to their own destruction. We are the faithful ones, whose souls will be saved.” (Hebrews 10:39 NLT) We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. The Alpha and The Omega

“I am the Alpha and the Omega [the Beginning and the End],” says the Lord God, “Who is [existing forever] and Who was [continually existing in the past] and Who is to come, the Almighty [the Omnipotent, the Ruler of all].” — Revelation 1:8 (AMP) Yeshua is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last. (See Revelation 1:11) “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty.” Worthy is our Lord and God to receive the glory and the honor and the power; for He created all things, and because of His will they exist, and were created and brought into being.” (See Revelation 4:11 AMP)  He humbled Himself— becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. For this reason God highly exalted Him and gave Him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Yeshua every knee should bow, in heaven and on the earth and under the earth, and every tongue profess that Yeshua the Messiah is Lord—to the glory of God the Father.
