A New Kind of Life

As Christ was brought back from death to life by the glorious power of the Father, so we, too, should live a new kind of life. —Romans 6:4b (GW)

If you have been united with Christ, consider yourselves dead to sin’s power but living for God in the power Christ Jesus gives you (Romans 6:11). In Jesus, we can experience a new kind of life. Jesus gives us the power to live in freedom, and victory. Jesus has given us the victory over sin, and death. He has overcome the world. May we live abundant and joyful lives in Jesus, our Savior!

For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
