Blessed for Believing

“Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord.” —Luke 1:45 (NKJV)

Just as the angel told Mary, you are blessed [spiritually fortunate and favored by God] when you believe that the Lord will do what He said. For the word of God will never fail. (Luke 1:37 NLT) Live in faith, being confident that what you hope for will actually happen, at the appointed time.

“I know that You can do everything, and that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.” (Job 42:2 NKJV)

Then, apply it to our daily lives by actually doing what it says. Great peace have those who love the law of the LORD, and nothing causes them to stumble. (See Psalms 119:143 NLT) Psalms 78:8 (NKJV) says, its a stubborn and rebellious generation, that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
