Our Strength & Peace

God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea. Let the oceans roar and foam. Let the mountains tremble as the waters surge! Interlude —Psalm 46:1-3 (NLT)

May our strength and peace come from having our trust and confidence anchored in the LORD. He is our stability. The world around us is in a constant state of change. If you hang your hope on this world’s system you will be tossed to and fro, in every direction. But our God remains the same. He is love. He is rich in mercy and grace. He is strong and mighty. The LORD gives his people strength. The LORD blesses them with peace (Psalm 29:11 NLT).

So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
