Be Beacon of Light

John himself was not the light; he was simply a witness to tell about the light. —John 1:8 (NLT)

In Jesus was life, and the life was the Light of men. The Light shines in the darkness… (John 1:4-5). There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. (John 1:6-7 NKJV) May we be like John, and tell others about the Light. For once we were full of darkness, but now we have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! (Ephesians 5:8 NLT) Let us be seen as bright lights [beacons shining out clearly] in the world [of darkness], (Philippians 2:15 AMP), so we can show others the way to Jesus, the Light of the world (John 8:12).

Proclaim the praises of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light; (1 Peter 2:9).

So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
