Approach His Throne
Therefore let us [with privilege] approach the throne of grace [that is, the throne of God’s gracious favor] with confidence and without fear, so that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find [His amazing] grace to help in time of need [an appropriate blessing, coming just at the right moment]. —Hebrews 4:16 (AMP)
…to the Son He says: “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.” (Hebrews 1:8 NKJV) …We have a High Priest who sat down in the place of honor beside the throne of the majestic God in heaven. There he ministers in the heavenly Tabernacle, the true place of worship that was built by the Lord and not by human hands. (Hebrews 8:1-2 NLT) The throne of our gracious God endures forever. Approach His throne of grace, with confidence and a humble heart, and abide there. Receive His mercy, and accept His help. His mercies never cease, they begin afresh each morning. (See Lamentations 3:22-23)
