He’ll Help You Out
Pile your troubles on God’s shoulders— he’ll carry your load, he’ll help you out. He’ll never let good people topple into ruin. —Psalm 55:22 (MSG)
In 2 Corinthians 1:8-9 (NLT), the Apostle Paul tells us about the trouble they went through in the province of Asia. He says, “we think you ought to know, dear brothers and sisters… We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure, and we thought we would never live through it. In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead.”
If you are facing a difficult situation, stop relying on yourself and learn to rely ONLY on God. Cast all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully]. (1 Peter 5:7 AMP)
