He Satisfies
Some wandered in the wilderness, lost and homeless. Hungry and thirsty, they nearly died. (Psalm 107:4-5 NLT) Some sat in darkness and deepest gloom, imprisoned in iron chains of misery. They rebelled against the words of God, scorning the counsel of the Most High. (Psalm 107:10-11 NLT) Whenever we rebel against God and His wise counsel, we set out on a dark path that leads to death. The LORD will guide you along the best pathway for your life. He will advise you and watch over you. (See Psalm 32:8)
“LORD, help!” they cried in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He sent out his word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death.” (Psalms 107:19-20 NLT) Whether you are wandering in the wilderness, lost and homeless or sitting in darkness and deep gloom. Cry out to YAHWEH for help. He is faithful to deliver us from all our troubles. Let us give thanks to the LORD for His lovingkindness, and for His wonderful acts to the children of men! Have an appetite to feast upon the Word of God. Thirst for more of YAHWEH, and you will be satisfied.
