Our Hiding Place
Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You in a time when You may be found… You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah. —Psalm 32:6a,7 (NASB1995)
Don’t be like Adam and Eave who hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God after they sinned. (See Genesis 3:6-8) If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just [true to His own nature and promises], and will forgive our sins and cleanse us continually from all unrighteousness [our wrongdoing, everything not in conformity with His will and purpose]. (1 John 1:9 AMP) Rejoice greatly in Yahweh! He has clothed us with garments of salvation and covered us with a robe of righteousness. Make Him Your hiding place today.
Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, you righteous [who actively seek right standing with Him]; Shout for joy, all you upright in heart. —Psalm 32:11 (AMP)
