Be Confident in the Lord
Fear and intimidation is a trap that holds you back. But when you place your confidence in the Lord, you will be seated in the high place. —Proverbs 29:25 (TPT)
Job said, “For the thing which I greatly fear comes upon me, and that of which I am afraid has come upon me.” (Job 3:25 AMP) Instead of focusing on your fears, keep your focus on Elohim, and His goodness, and your fears will give way to faith and confidence in God Most High. Have no fear but the fear of the LORD. In the fear of the LORD there is strong confidence (Proverbs 14:26a NKJV) The [reverent] fear of the LORD [that leads to obedience and worship] is a fountain of life, so that one may avoid the snares of death. (Proverbs 14:26 AMP)
Don’t allow the enemy to paralyze you with fear tactics. For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control]. (2 Timothy 1:7 AMP)
