Called Out

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; —1 Peter 2:9 (NKJV)

We have been called out of darkness. For the Father rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. (See Colossians 1:13-14) Now we are light in the Lord, let us walk as children of light. Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; (See Ephesians 5:8,11). May you be a beacon of light, shining out clearly, in the world of darkness, holding out and offering to everyone the word of life… (See Philippians 2:15-16 AMP)
