Rejoice Always?

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! —Philippians 4:4 (NKJV)

How can we maintain a continually joyful attitude? By practicing Philippians 2:14 (NKJV): ...do all things without complaining and disputing. And by abiding in our Lord and Savior, King Yeshua. He says: “I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” He will never leave us nor forsake us. Ecclesiastes 11:8 (NASB1995) says: Indeed, if a man should live many years, let him rejoice in them all, and let him remember the days of darkness, for they will be many. Even when we are walking through those dark valleys, we can be joyful that Yeshua is with us, and He has already overcome the world. Psalms 5:11 (AMP) says: let all who take refuge and put their trust in the LORD rejoice, let them ever sing for joy; because He covers and shelters us, let those who love His name be joyful and exult in Him. May we worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. (See Philippians 3:3 NKJV)

For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel. — Ezra 7:10 (NKJV) May we prepare our hearts and set our minds to diligently read and study the Word of God. Then, apply it to our daily lives by actually doing what it says. Great peace have those who love the law of the LORD, and nothing causes them to stumble. (See Psalms 119:165 NKJV) As pressure and stress bear down on you, find joy in His commands. (See Psalms 119:143 NLT) Psalms 78:8 (NKJV) says, its a stubborn and rebellious generation, that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God. Blessed and favored by God are those who keep His testimonies, and who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart. Rejoice!

Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, take pleasure in Him]; again I will say, rejoice! — Philippians 4:4 (AMP) James 1:2-4 (NLT) says: “Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
