Give Thanks

Give thanks to the LORD and proclaim his greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever. —1 Chronicles 16:8, 16:34 (NLT)

It is good to give thanks to the LORD, to sing praises to the Most High. (Psalm 92:1 NLT) How often? At all times! First Thessalonians 5:18 (AMP) says: …in every situation [no matter what the circumstances] be thankful and continually give thanks to God; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus. Give thanks to YAHWEH, Who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases. He redeems us from death and crowns us with love and tender mercies. He fills our lives with good things. Our youth is renewed like the eagle’s! (See Psalm 103:3-5)

Let them give thanks to the LORD for His lovingkindness, and for His wonderful acts to the children of men! And let them offer the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and speak of His deeds with shouts of joy! —Psalm 107:21-22 (AMP)

So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
