A Time For Everything

There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven— A time to give birth and a time to die;
 A time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted. A time to kill and a time to heal;
A time to tear down and a time to build up. A time to weep and a time to laugh;
 A time to mourn and a time to dance. A time to throw stones and a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace and a time to shun embracing. A time to search and a time to give up as lost;
A time to keep and a time to throw away. A time to tear apart and a time to sew together;
 A time to be silent and a time to speak. A time to love and a time to hate;
 A time for war and a time for peace.Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (NASB1995)

It takes wisdom to know the appropriate time to engage in each activity, here on earth. For example it is very important to know when to talk and when it’s better to be silent. Let us ask Yahweh for wisdom and discernment to do the right thing at the right time. However, there are some things the Holy Scriptures tell us we are to do at all times.

Philippians 4:4 says to rejoice in the Lord always. Psalms 79:13 says: So we Your people and the sheep of Your pasture will give thanks to You forever. Psalms 34:1 says: I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. Psalms 62:8 says to trust in Him at all times. In Luke 18:1, Yeshua was telling them a parable to show that at all times they ought to pray and not to lose heart. Psalms 106:3 says: How blessed are those who keep justice, who practice righteousness at all times! And 1 Corinthians 15:58 says: Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord. In John 8:29 Yeshua says: “... I always do the things that are pleasing to Him.” May we be like Yeshua and always do that the things that are pleasing to the Father. Amen.
