Call & Come

Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you. Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. —Jeremiah 29:12-13 (AMP)

What or whom do you seek first? Is it the latest news on your favorite social media platform? Or is it the living God, Who created you and continually lavishes His unfailing love upon you? When you receive bad news do you phone a friend or do you call upon Yahweh first? In my distress I called upon Yahweh, and cried to my God for help; He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry for help before Him came into His ears. (Psalms 18:6 LSB) The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. (Psalms 145:18 NASB1995) Seek Him with your whole heart, as a vital necessity. Call upon His name and come into His Presence. Draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that you may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (See Hebrews 4:16)

Lord YAHWEH, the Holy One of Israel, says: “Come back to me! By returning and resting in me you will be saved. In quietness and trust you will be made strong. But you refused.” —Isaiah 30:15 (TPT)

So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you. He Came to Save
