Hunt for Hidden Treasure

Listen carefully to wisdom; set your mind on understanding.
Cry out for wisdom, and beg for understanding.
Search for it like silver, and hunt for it like hidden treasure.
Proverbs 2:2-4 (NCV)

Let us hunt for wisdom as we would for hidden treasure. May we listen carefully to wisdom and set our minds on gaining understanding. Proverbs 2:10-11, NLT tells us, wisdom will enter our hearts, and knowledge will fill us with joy. Wise choices will watch over us and understanding will keep us safe. Amen.

Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, take pleasure in Him]; again I will say, rejoice! — Philippians 4:4 (AMP) James 1:2-4 (NLT) says: “Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives.
