It is God

It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he causes me to stand on the heights. —2 Samuel 22:33-34 (NIV)

It is God who woke you up today. It is God who gave you ears to hear and eyes to see (Proverbs 20:12). As surely as the sun rises, He pours out fresh, new mercies on you each morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). It is God who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion (Psalm 103:4-5). It is God who goes before you to show you the way, and acts as your rear guard to protect you from the enemy. It is the Lord who stands by your side, when all others abandon you. It is God who enables you to stand secure and confident on your high places. Let us worship Almighty God, who is worthy of all praise, honor and glory!

Then, apply it to our daily lives by actually doing what it says. Great peace have those who love the law of the LORD, and nothing causes them to stumble. (See Psalms 119:143 NLT) Psalms 78:8 (NKJV) says, its a stubborn and rebellious generation, that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy.
