I will Arise

Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; When I fall, I will arise; When I sit in darkness, the LORD will be a light to me. —Micah 7:8 (NKJV)

A righteous man may fall seven times and rise again (Proverbs 24:16a). We may be struck down, but we are not destroyed. Unto the upright there arises light in the darkness; He is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous. (Psalm 112:4) Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. (Isaiah 60:1) The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. (Romans 13:12)

So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
