God is On Your Side

“The very moment I call to you for a father’s help the tide of battle turns and my enemies flee. This one thing I know: God is on my side! I trust in the Lord. And I praise him! I trust in the Word of God. And I praise him!” —Psalms 56:9-10 (TPT)

When you are afraid, put your trust in Yahweh. In God, whose word I praise, in God I have put my trust; I shall not be afraid… (See Psalms 56:3-4 NASB1995) Those who trust in Yahweh are as Mount Zion, which will not be shaken but will abide forever. (Psalms 125:1 LSB) Trust also in His Word. He watches over His word to perform it. Forever, His word is settled in heaven [standing firm and unchangeable]. (See Psalms 119:89 AMP)

“What harm could man do to me? With God on my side, I will not be afraid of what comes. My heart overflows with praise to God and for his promises. I will always trust in him.” —Psalms 56:11 (TPT)

Then, apply it to our daily lives by actually doing what it says. Great peace have those who love the law of the LORD, and nothing causes them to stumble. (See Psalms 119:143 NLT) Psalms 78:8 (NKJV) says, its a stubborn and rebellious generation, that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
