A Very Present Help

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. —Psalms 46:1 (LSB)

Yahweh is with us at all times, and He is always ready to help. Hallelujah! When you receive a bad report from the doctor, the great Physician is with you, and He is your Healer. When you suffer loss and tragedy, He is by your side to carry you through. When you don’t get that job or promotion, He opens another door that no one can shut. Let us rejoice and hold onto hope through the hard times, because our Help, the Mighty God is faithful. Pray at all times, continually seeking His wisdom, guidance, and strength. For the Eternal watches over the righteous, and His ears are attuned to their prayers. He is always listening. (Psalms 34:15 VOICE)

The LORD of Heaven’s Armies is here among us; the God of Israel is our fortress. Interlude —Psalms 46:7 (NLT)

For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel. — Ezra 7:10 (NKJV) May we prepare our hearts and set our minds to diligently read and study the Word of God. Then, apply it to our daily lives by actually doing what it says. Great peace have those who love the law of the LORD, and nothing causes them to stumble. (See Psalms 119:165 NKJV) As pressure and stress bear down on you, find joy in His commands. (See Psalms 119:143 NLT) Psalms 78:8 (NKJV) says, its a stubborn and rebellious generation, that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God. Blessed and favored by God are those who keep His testimonies, and who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart. Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, take pleasure in Him]; again I will say, rejoice! — Philippians 4:4 (AMP) James 1:2-4 (NLT) says: “Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
