Stay Calm
As Pharaoh approached, the people of Israel looked up and panicked when they saw the Egyptians overtaking them. They cried out to the LORD… But Moses told the people, “Don’t be afraid. Just stand still and watch the LORD rescue you today. The Egyptians you see today will never be seen again. The LORD himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.” —Exodus 14:10, 13-14 (NLT)
Time and after time, when His people cried out to the LORD in their trouble, He brought them out of their distresses. In 2 Chronicles 20:15 (NKJV), the LORD said to His people: “Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.” When the battle rages against you, don't panic, and have no fear for Yahweh is with you. He girds you with strength for the battle (See Psalms 18:39a NASB1995) And He is faithful to bring you through. You overcome because greater is He Who is in you than he who is in the world. (See 1 John 4:4) Even if the enemy is aggressively on your trail, our God is greater.
Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah —Psalms 62:8 (NKJV)
