Be Strong & Courageous

“Be strong and courageous, do not fear or be dismayed because of the king of Assyria nor because of all the horde that is with him; for the one with us is greater than the one with him. Be strong and courageous when the enemy comes against you. Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you. Our adversary, the devil, continually prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. (See 1 Peter 5:8) Today, we too have Yahweh on our side, to help us. And He has already provided victory for us through His Son, Yeshua, the Messiah, our mighty Saviour! Despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. He Calms Our Fears

So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love.
