Unite in Christ

He (Caiaphas) did not say this on his own; as high priest at that time he was led to prophesy that Jesus would die for the entire nation. And not only for that nation, but to bring together and unite all the children of God scattered around the world. —John 11:51-52 (NLT)

Believers all over the world are brought together, in the body of Christ. Some of us are Jews, some are Gentiles, some are slaves, and some are free. But we have all been baptized into one body by one Spirit, and we all share the same Spirit. (1 Corinthians 12:13 NLT) Let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may edify another. (See Romans 14:19 NKJV) Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love. Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. (Ephesians 4:2-4 NLT) 

How wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony! (Psalms 133:1 NLT) If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. (Romans 12:18 NKJV) Amen.

Be Strong & Courageous

“Be strong and courageous, do not fear or be dismayed because of the king of Assyria nor because of all the horde that is with him; for the one with us is greater than the one with him. With him is only an arm of flesh, but with us is the LORD our God to help us and to fight our battles.” And the people relied on the words of Hezekiah king of Judah. — 2 Chronicles 32:8 (NASB1995) Fear not! Be strong and courageous when the enemy comes against you. Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you. Our adversary, the devil, continually prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. (See 1 Peter 5:8) Today, we too have Yahweh on our side, to help us. And He has already provided victory for us through His Son, Yeshua, the Messiah, our mighty Saviour! Despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. He Calms Our Fears

“For the LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” — Zephaniah 3:17 (NLT) …God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV) And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love.
