A Very Present Help
We may have reservations about asking people for help, depending on the nature of the challenge and the type of relationship we have with that person. However, we need never fear going to our Heavenly Father. He is Jehovah Shammah, the God who is always with you. He is with us as an ever-present help. He is El Roi, the God Who Sees you. He knows the anguish of your soul and He has heard your affliction. Trust Yahweh with all your heart. Rely completely on Him, in every situation. In Hebrews 13:5-6 (NASB1995), He said: “I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you,” so that we confidently say, “The LORD is my helper, I will not be afraid. What will man do to me?” Nothing is too difficult for our great GOD.
