Extravagant Love

Consider the kind of extravagant love the Father has lavished on us—He calls us children of God! It’s true; we are His beloved children. And in the same way the world didn’t recognize Him, the world does not recognize us either. —1 John 3:1 (VOICE)

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: (John 1:12 NKJV) Believe in Yahweh, believe also in Yeshua. (See John 14:1) In addition to believing, be imitators of God as dear children. (See Ephesians 5:1) And make Him your first love.

Know that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.  For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (See Romans 8:37-39 NKJV)

Be Strong & Courageous

“Be strong and courageous, do not fear or be dismayed because of the king of Assyria nor because of all the horde that is with him; for the one with us is greater than the one with him. With him is only an arm of flesh, but with us is the LORD our God to help us and to fight our battles.” And the people relied on the words of Hezekiah king of Judah. — 2 Chronicles 32:8 (NASB1995) Fear not! Be strong and courageous when the enemy comes against you. Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you. Our adversary, the devil, continually prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. (See 1 Peter 5:8) Today, we too have Yahweh on our side, to help us. And He has already provided victory for us through His Son, Yeshua, the Messiah, our mighty Saviour! Despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. He Calms Our Fears

“For the LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” — Zephaniah 3:17 (NLT) …God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV) And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love. (1 John 4:17-18 NLT) Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For YAH, the LORD, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation.’ Therefore with joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.” — Isaiah 12:2-3 (NKJV)
