Love Large

“Love is large and incredibly patient. Love is gentle and consistently kind to all. It refuses to be jealous when blessing comes to someone else. Love does not brag about one’s achievements nor inflate its own importance. Love does not traffic in shame and disrespect, nor selfishly seek its own honor. Love is not easily irritated or quick to take offense. Love joyfully celebrates honesty and finds no delight in what is wrong. Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others. Love never takes failure as defeat, for it never gives up.” —1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (TPT)

Beloved, let us [unselfishly love and seek the best for one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves [others] is born of God and knows God [through personal experience]. (1 John 4:7 AMP) Let everything you do be done in love [motivated and inspired by God’s love for us]. (1 Corinthians 16:14 AMP)

Be Strong & Courageous

“Be strong and courageous, do not fear or be dismayed because of the king of Assyria nor because of all the horde that is with him; for the one with us is greater than the one with him. With him is only an arm of flesh, but with us is the LORD our God to help us and to fight our battles.” And the people relied on the words of Hezekiah king of Judah. — 2 Chronicles 32:8 (NASB1995) Fear not! Be strong and courageous when the enemy comes against you. Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you. Our adversary, the devil, continually prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. (See 1 Peter 5:8) Today, we too have Yahweh on our side, to help us. And He has already provided victory for us through His Son, Yeshua, the Messiah, our mighty Saviour! Despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. Feast on The Word

They shall wander from sea to sea, and from north to east; They shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the LORD, but shall not find it.” — Amos 8:11-12 (NKJV) Feast on the Word of God daily, while it is near you, in your mouth and in your heart. (See Roman 10:8). Treasure His Word in your heart, that you may not sin against Him. (See Psalms 119:11) The Word of God is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. (See Psalms 119:105) The Holy Scriptures show us the way to go. How sweet are Your words to my taste! Yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth! (Psalms 119:103 NASB1995) I rise early, before the sun is up; I cry out for help and put my hope in your words. I rejoice in your word like one who discovers a great treasure.
