Our Hope & Our Help

“We put our hope in the LORD. He is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. Let your unfailing love surround us, LORD, for our hope is in you alone.” —Psalms 33:20-22 (NLT)

Sing for joy in Yahweh, O righteous ones; Praise is becoming to the upright. (Psalms 33:1 LSB) He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the lovingkindness of Yahweh. (Psalms 33:5 LSB) …the LORD’s plans stand firm forever; his intentions can never be shaken. (See Psalms 33:11 NLT) Human strength and the weapons of man are false hopes for victory; they may seem mighty, but they will always disappoint. (Psalms 33:17 TPT) But the LORD watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love. He rescues them from death and keeps them alive in times of famine. (Psalms 33:18-19 NLT) The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore. (Psalms 121:7-8 NKJV) The Lord alone is our radiant hope. Let us trust in Him with all our hearts.

Patient Endurance

“ So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised. ” — Hebrews 10:35-36 (NLT) Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. (Hebrews 10:23) Hebrews 10:37-38 (NLT)  says: “For in just a little while, the Coming One will come and not delay. And my righteous ones will live by faith. But I will take no pleasure in anyone who turns away.” But we are not like those who turn away from God to their own destruction. We are the faithful ones, whose souls will be saved.” (Hebrews 10:39 NLT) We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. Don't Drift
