Perfect Peace

“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.” —Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV)

If you want to be kept in perfect and constant peace, focus your mind on Yahweh in both inclination and character. Dedicate your heart and mind to Him. Trust in Him and take refuge in Him. (See Isaiah 26:3-4 AMP/VOICE) Instead of being mentally and emotionally consumed and distracted with problems and obstacles, think about His Presence with you wherever you go. Meditate on His goodness and faithfulness to fulfill every promise He has spoken. With Him is everlasting strength and stability. He is our hiding place; He preserves us from trouble; He surrounds us with songs of deliverance. Selah. (See Psalms 32:7) The eternal God is our refuge and dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms; (See Deuteronomy 33:27 AMP). 

“Trust in Yahweh forever, for in Yah—Yahweh Himself—we have an everlasting Rock.” —Isaiah 26:4 (LSB)

For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel. — Ezra 7:10 (NKJV) May we prepare our hearts and set our minds to diligently read and study the Word of God. Then, apply it to our daily lives by actually doing what it says. Great peace have those who love the law of the LORD, and nothing causes them to stumble. (See Psalms 119:165 NKJV) As pressure and stress bear down on you, find joy in His commands. (See Psalms 119:143 NLT) Psalms 78:8 (NKJV) says, its a stubborn and rebellious generation, that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God. Blessed and favored by God are those who keep His testimonies, and who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart. Rejoice!

Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, take pleasure in Him]; again I will say, rejoice! — Philippians 4:4 (AMP) James 1:2-4 (NLT) says: “Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
