Take Refuge
How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! And the children of men take refuge in the shadow of Your wings. —Psalms 36:7 (NASB1995)
It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in man. (Psalms 118:8 NASB1995) His lovingkindness is better than life. (See Psalms 63:3 NASB1995) He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him. (See Proverbs 30:5 NASB1995) Because He has been your help, sing for joy in the shadow of His wings. May your soul follow close behind Him; His right hand upholds you. (See Psalms 63:7-8 NKJV/NASB1995) The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and He knows those who take refuge in Him. (Nahum 1:7 NASB1995)
Be gracious to me, O God, be gracious to me, for my soul takes refuge in You; And in the shadow of Your wings I will take refuge until destruction passes by. —Psalms 57:1 (NASB1995)
