Your Heart Matters

“For the eyes of the LORD move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His…” —2 Chronicles 16:9a (NASB1995)

In Revelation 3:20 (NASB1995), Jesus said: “Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.” Once you open the door and let Him in, have a humble and teachable heart, that is responsive to His touch. Let Him mold it and shape it. He who hardens his heart [and is determined to sin] will fall into disaster. (See Proverbs 28:14 AMP) Be sure to guard your heart from things and people who draw you away from Yahweh. Proverbs 4:23 (NLT) says: Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. 

Have a heart that is fully committed to Him. Desire His Presence more than anything. Cherish the Word of God and be devoted to doing things His way. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (Luke 12:34 NKJV) A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. (Matthew 12:35 NKJV)

We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy.
