Peace & Thankfulness
Let the peace of Christ [the inner calm of one who walks daily with Him] be the controlling factor in your hearts [deciding and settling questions that arise]. To this peace indeed you were called as members in one body [of believers]. And be thankful [to God always]. —Colossians 3:15 (AMP)
Don’t be anxious about things; instead, pray. Pray about everything. He longs to hear your requests, so talk to God about your needs and be thankful for what has come. And know that the peace of God (a peace that is beyond any and all of our human understanding) will stand watch over your hearts and minds in Jesus, the Anointed One. (Philippians 4:6-7 VOICE) We can remain in peace knowing that His Presence is with us. And we can continually give thanks for His goodness, grace and faithfulness.
Now may the Lord of peace Himself continually grant you peace in every circumstance. The Lord be with you all! —2 Thessalonians 3:16 (NASB1995)
