Have Hope

This I recall to my mind, therefore I have hope. The LORD’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. “The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.” —Lamentations 3:21-24 (NASB1995)

In spite of the challenges that come, we can always have hope because the faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. Great and beyond measure is His faithfulness. And He remains the same forever! His throne continues from generation to generation. (See Lamentations 5:19 NLT) Let us examine and probe our ways, and let us return to the LORD. We lift up our heart and hands toward God in heaven; (Lamentations 3:40-41 NASB1995) O taste and see that Yahweh is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! Oh, fear Yahweh, you His saints; For there is no want to those who fear Him. (Psalms 34:8 LSB)

“Here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Don’t give up; don’t be impatient; be entwined as one with the Lord. Be brave and courageous, and never lose hope. Yes, keep on waiting—for he will never disappoint you!” —Psalms 27:14 (TPT)

Be Strong & Courageous

“Be strong and courageous, do not fear or be dismayed because of the king of Assyria nor because of all the horde that is with him; for the one with us is greater than the one with him. With him is only an arm of flesh, but with us is the LORD our God to help us and to fight our battles.” And the people relied on the words of Hezekiah king of Judah. — 2 Chronicles 32:8 (NASB1995) Fear not! Be strong and courageous when the enemy comes against you. Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you. Our adversary, the devil, continually prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. (See 1 Peter 5:8) Today, we too have Yahweh on our side, to help us. And He has already provided victory for us through His Son, Yeshua, the Messiah, our mighty Saviour! Despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. Feast on The Word

They shall wander from sea to sea, and from north to east; They shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the LORD, but shall not find it.” — Amos 8:11-12 (NKJV) Feast on the Word of God daily, while it is near you, in your mouth and in your heart. (See Roman 10:8). Treasure His Word in your heart, that you may not sin against Him. (See Psalms 119:11) The Word of God is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. (See Psalms 119:105) The Holy Scriptures show us the way to go. How sweet are Your words to my taste! Yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth! (Psalms 119:103 NASB1995) I rise early, before the sun is up; I cry out for help and put my hope in your words. I rejoice in your word like one who discovers a great treasure. (Psalms 119:147 & 162  NLT)
