He Sees You

O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD. You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. —Psalms 139:1-5 (NLT)

You can fool some of the people some of the time. But you “ain’t” fooling God at any time. Yahweh sees the real you, inside and out, with no filters. We do not have to pretend with Him. He sees into our very heart. Not only does He see you, but He knows you better than you know yourself. He saw who He created you to be before you became you! Before you ever seen the light of day, the number of days He planned for you were already recorded in His book.” (See Psalms 139:16 TPT) And He loves you with an everlasting love.

Then I said to them, “You see the bad situation we are in, that Jerusalem is desolate and its gates burned by fire. Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem so that we will no longer be a reproach.” I told them how the hand of my God had been favorable to me and also about the king’s words which he had spoken to me. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
