Find Strength & Encouragement

When David and his men came to the town, it was burned, and their wives and their sons and their daughters had been taken captive. Then David and the people who were with him raised their voices and wept until they were too exhausted to weep [any longer]. Further, David was greatly distressed because the people spoke of stoning him, for all of them were embittered, each man for his sons and daughters. But David felt strengthened and encouraged in the LORD his God. —1 Samuel 30:3-4, 6 (AMP)

So David inquired of the LORD, saying, “Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?” And He answered him, “Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.” (1 Samuel 30:8 NKJV) When we are dealing with traumatic circumstances, we may weep, but let us also find strength and encourage ourselves in Yahweh, our great and mighty GOD. Then seek His will for what actions we are to take. Knowing that we can do all things [which He has called us to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers us to fulfill His purpose. (See Philippians 4:13 AMP)

Patient Endurance

(Hebrews 10:23) Hebrews 10:37-38 (NLT)  says: “For in just a little while, the Coming One will come and not delay. And my righteous ones will live by faith. But I will take no pleasure in anyone who turns away.” But we are not like those who turn away from God to their own destruction. We are the faithful ones, whose souls will be saved.” (Hebrews 10:39 NLT) We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. Don't Drift
