Every Gift

“Every gift God freely gives us is good and perfect, streaming down from the Father of lights, who shines from the heavens with no hidden shadow or darkness and is never subject to change.” —James (Jacob) 1:17 (TPT)

Every good and perfect gift has been freely given to us by our heavenly Father. By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. (2 Peter 1:3 NLT) God has lavished on us extraordinary grace. Praise God for his astonishing gift, which is far too great for words! (See 2 Corinthians 9:14-15 TPT) God’s gracious gift is eternal life in Messiah Yeshua our Lord. (See Romans 6:23 TLV) For by grace we have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. (Ephesians 2:8 NKJV) May we receive all the Father has for us with an open and humble heart. 

Oh, that men would give thanks to the LORD for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men! —Psalms 107:8 (NKJV)

Don't Drift
