What Manner of Love!

We love Him because He first loved us. —1 John 4:19 (NKJV)

Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! (1 John 3:1a NKJV) How precious is your unfailing love, O God! All humanity finds shelter in the shadow of your wings. (Psalms 36:7 NLT) We have come to know [by personal observation and experience], and have believed [with deep, consistent faith] the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides continually in him. (1 John 4:16 AMP) And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. (Ephesians 3:18 NLT) Let us be deeply rooted and securely grounded in God’s unfailing love.

Patient Endurance

But I will take no pleasure in anyone who turns away.” But we are not like those who turn away from God to their own destruction.
