We Are Surrounded

Those who trust in Yahweh are as Mount Zion, which will not be shaken but will abide forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so Yahweh surrounds His people from now until forever. —Psalms 125:1-2 (LSB)

In 2 Kings 6:10-16, the king of Aram sent horses and chariots and a great army to Dothan, where Elisha, the prophet was. They came by night and surrounded the city. Now when the attendant of the man of God had risen early and gone out, behold, an army with horses and chariots was circling the city. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” Elisha answered: “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” When it seems the enemy has us surrounded, let us remember, our God is greater than he who is in the world, and Yeshua has already overcome the world.

Little children (believers, dear ones), you are of God and you belong to Him and have [already] overcome them [the agents of the antichrist]; because He who is in you is greater than he (Satan) who is in the world [of sinful mankind]. —1 John 4:4 (AMP)

Our Stability

The state of this world is constantly changing and full of turmoil and conflict. Yahweh is the stability of our times, and He does not change. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will never be shaken. (Psalms 62:2 NLT) Trust in Yahweh forever, for in Yah— Yahweh Himself— we have an everlasting Rock.
