He Delivers

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. —Psalms 34:19 (NASB1995)

The righteous may face many challenges, troubles, and hardships, but we can always count on two things. One, the LORD is with us, just as He was with Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego in the fiery furnace.(See Daniel 3:22-25) In Isaiah 43:2 (NKJV), He says: “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.” The second thing to remember is that He delivers us out of ALL our afflictions. Nothing is too difficult for our great and mighty God. Amen.

Prepare Your Heart

For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel. — Ezra 7:10 (NKJV) May we prepare our hearts and set our minds to diligently read and study the Word of God. Then, apply it to our daily lives by actually doing what it says. Great peace have those who love the law of the LORD, and nothing causes them to stumble. (See Psalms 119:165 NKJV) As pressure and stress bear down on you, find joy in His commands. (See Psalms 119:143 NLT) Psalms 78:8 (NKJV) says, its a stubborn and rebellious generation, that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God. Blessed and favored by God are those who keep His testimonies, and who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart. He Came to Save

God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him. — John 3:17 (TLV) The Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost. (See Luke 19:10) Yeshua did not come to call the [self-proclaimed] righteous [who see no need to repent], but sinners to repentance [to change their old way of thinking, to turn from sin and to seek God and His righteousness].” (See Luke 5:32 AMP) “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16 TLV) He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
