Are You Aware?
As Jacob journeyed to his uncle Laban’s place, he reached a certain place and spent the night there because the sun had set. Then he had a dream, and behold, a ladder stood on the earth with its top touching heaven; and behold, the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. And behold, Yahweh stood above it and said, “I am Yahweh, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie, I will give it to you and to your seed.” (See Genesis 28:10-13 LSB)
Among the promises Yahweh made to Jacob in Genesis 14-15, He promised to be with Jacob, and to keep him. Today, wherever you are on your journey, know that Yahweh is with you. For the ways of a man are before the eyes of Yahweh, and He watches all his tracks. (Proverbs 5:21 LSB) May you be aware of His Presence and follow His guidance. And He will protect you. The Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. (See 2 Thessalonians 3:3) Yahweh is your keeper. (See Psalms 121:5 LSB) Amen.
