Carefully Follow

“My feet have carefully followed His steps; I have kept His ways and not turned aside. I have not departed from the commandment of His lips; I have kept the words of His mouth more than my necessary food.” —Job 23:11-12 (AMP)

Treasure the Word of God in your heart so you may not sin against Him. (See Psalms 119:11) What is in your heart, will come out of your mouth. Joshua 1:8 (NKJV) says: This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Stay on the path Yahweh has before you. He will make known to you the path of life. His word is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path. (See Psalms 16:11 & 119:105 NASB1995)

The path of life leads upward for the wise that he may keep away from Sheol below. (Proverbs 15:24 NASB1995) So you will walk in the way of good men and keep to the paths of the righteous. For the upright will live in the land and the blameless will remain in it; (Proverbs 2:20-21 NASB1995)

Make me know Your ways, O Yahweh; Teach me Your paths. —Psalms 25:4 (LSB)

For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel. — Ezra 7:10 (NKJV) May we prepare our hearts and set our minds to diligently read and study the Word of God. Then, apply it to our daily lives by actually doing what it says. Great peace have those who love the law of the LORD, and nothing causes them to stumble. (See Psalms 119:165 NKJV) As pressure and stress bear down on you, find joy in His commands. (See Psalms 119:143 NLT) Psalms 78:8 (NKJV) says, its a stubborn and rebellious generation, that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God. Blessed and favored by God are those who keep His testimonies, and who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
