Sometimes we get distracted by things of this world, and tend to drift away from our heavenly Father, but Psalm 73:28 says, it is good for us to draw near to God. Don’t just draw near with your mouth and honor Him with their lips. Draw near with your heart and honor Him in all that you do. Let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith… (Hebrews 10:22a NASB). When we draw near to God He draws even closer to us. And with Him we go from glory to glory.

But our High Priest offered himself to God as a single sacrifice for sins, good for all time. Recognize that He is a great and mighty God, full of grace, mercy and compassion. Acknowledge His Presence in your life. When you go through the floods and the fire, He is there. Understand that even when the world shuns you, our heavenly Father loves and cherishes you. He continually draws us closer to Him.
