Cast ALL Your Cares

“casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].” —1 Peter 5:7 (AMP)

Before we cast our cares, we need to humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God, and acknowledge that He is willing and more capable to take care of our concerns than we are. First Peter 5:6 (AMP) says to “set aside self-righteous pride.” Put your trust in El Elyon, the God Most High. He is higher than any mountain that stands before you, and greater than any challenge that comes against you. Nothing is too difficult for our great and mighty God.

“Cast your burden on the LORD [release it] and He will sustain and uphold you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken (slip, fall, fail).” (Psalms 55:22 AMP) “If you bow low in God’s awesome presence, he will eventually exalt you as you leave the timing in his hands.” (1 Peter 5:6 TPT) “For I am the LORD your God, who upholds your right hand, Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’” (Isaiah 41:13 NASB1995)
