Truly Honor Him

“For my people are determined to desert me. They call me the Most High, but they don’t truly honor me.” —Hosea 11:7 (NLT)

Yahweh is not interested in lip service. Serve Him with a whole heart and a delighted soul; for Yahweh searches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will be found; but if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever. (See 1 Chronicles 28:9 LSB) “Even Yahweh, the God of hosts, Yahweh is His name of remembrance. Therefore, return to your God, keep lovingkindness and justice, and hope in your God continually.” (Hosea 12:5-6 LSB) 

“…Plant the good seeds of righteousness, and you will harvest a crop of love. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the LORD, that he may come and shower righteousness upon you.” (See Hosea 10:12 NLT)
