Look to The LORD
“As for me, I look to the LORD for help. I wait confidently for God to save me, and my God will certainly hear me. Do not gloat over me, my enemies! For though I fall, I will rise again. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light.” —Micah 7:7-8 (NLT)
Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their masters, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the LORD our God, until He has mercy on us. (Psalms 123:2 NKJV) Even when you fall, keep looking to Yahweh, and you will rise again. Who is a God like Yahweh, who pardons iniquity and passes over the rebellious acts of the remnant of His possession? He will not stay angry with His people forever, because He delights in showing unfailing love. (See Micah 7:18) His anger is for a moment, but His favor is for a lifetime; (See Psalms 30:5a). The people who walk in darkness will see a great light. For those who live in a land of deep darkness, a light will shine. (Isaiah 9:2 NLT) Proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. (See 1 Peter 2:9)
