Hope in Him

“The LORD is my portion and my inheritance,” says my soul; “Therefore I have hope in Him and wait expectantly for Him.” The LORD is good to those who wait [confidently] for Him, to those who seek Him [on the authority of God’s word]. It is good that one waits quietly for the salvation of the LORD. —Lamentations 3:24-26 (AMP)

Yahweh is our eternal inheritance. He is all we need. Keep your hope in Him. Yahweh is always good to all who trust in him, to the soul who searches for him. (Lamentations 3:25 TPT) For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. (See 2 Chronicles 16:9 NKJV) Wait quietly, no whining, grumbling, nor complaining. Wait expectantly for the LORD to show Himself strong on your behalf. 

I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of Yahweh in the land of the living. Hope in Yahweh; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Hope in Yahweh. (Psalms 27:13-14 LSB) How blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in Yahweh his God, Who made heaven and earth, the sea and all that is in them; Who keeps truth forever; (Psalms 146:5-6 LSB)

Prepare Your Heart

For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel. — Ezra 7:10 (NKJV) May we prepare our hearts and set our minds to diligently read and study the Word of God. Then, apply it to our daily lives by actually doing what it says. Great peace have those who love the law of the LORD, and nothing causes them to stumble. (See Psalms 119:165 NKJV) As pressure and stress bear down on you, find joy in His commands. (See Psalms 119:143 NLT) Psalms 78:8 (NKJV) says, its a stubborn and rebellious generation, that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God. Blessed and favored by God are those who keep His testimonies, and who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart. Rejoice!

Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, take pleasure in Him]; again I will say, rejoice! — Philippians 4:4 (AMP) James 1:2-4 (NLT) says: “Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you.
